We had a great experience, and Gary the owner was very knowledgeable and engaging. He wanted to make sure we bought the right mattress for us, and so far, it certainly seems like we did. We would absolutely recommend The Sleep Factory for anyone looking for a new mattress

To say that Gary at The Sleep Factory values his customers is an understatement! He was so knowledgeable, patient to answer all of our questions, and very personable. Delivery was prompt and delivery crew was great! We definitely recommend him!
