I am so glad I called The Sleep Factory! I live out of town and did business over the phone with Gary to purchase mattresses for my family in Gunnison. I had the same great experience as many of the other customers I see have written positive reviews. Gary spent a lot of time with me discussing what I wanted and the price range I was looking for. He gave me lots of honest info and options. He did not try to sell me on anything and was interested in finding the best solutions for me. Prices are more then fair!

Great experience! We were looking for a replacement mattress and Gary spent significant time helping us hone in on the right mattress for us. He was a wealth of knowledge about the different types of mattresses, the comparisons and the technology. He was super patient insisting that we spent time testing different mattresses to find the one that felt the absolute best. He also spent time showing us the many features of the adjustable base. We are super happy with the new mattress and adjustable base we settled on. The service we experienced was amazing and the delivery was next business day. The guys who did the delivery and setup where also top notch. We will be contacting Gary for all of our future sleep needs.
