This pillow is actually not bad. But given the fact that Tempurpedic charges an astronomical price yet won't accept returns on pillows means you should look for other alternatives. If Tempurpedic was so sure you'd be happy with these pillows, they would not be sold with no returns or exchanges available.

I have slept on Tempurpedic products for 20 plus years. This has been my 1st product I have not liked. While the pillow sleeps cool and feels comforting when you attempt to adjust to a comfortable position the pillow falls flat with in seconds and thus leaving little to none support.

We purchased two queen size pillows. The strangest thing is that one pillow has more material inside than the other. We did not notice this until we placed them next to each other on our bed. This wasn't a problem because we needed to adjust the one with more fill. They are comfortable once they are "broken in." We would purchase them again but would have the salesperson take them out of their boxes to compare the amount of fill.

Bought two for husband and me. Neither of us like it so it was a big waste of money since they don't allow returns. The adjustable filler creates pockets. Not good support for neck.

I cannot even begin to describe how awful this pillow is. I bought (2) for my husband for his birthday because he had previously had what I'm guessing is the cloud pillow in the past and loved it. This pillow is undoubtedly the most uncomfortable pillow either of us has ever tried to sleep on. And the worst part is, it's not returnable. Even though the other pillow is still in the plastic. DO NOT BUY IT. Any time either of us tries to sleep on it, we wake up with a headache and a stiff neck. PITIFUL. I cannot say it enough, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Could not believe how small the queen size pillow was. We had the same pillow for several years and loved it. Ordered new ones and size difference was shocking. It literally gets lost in the pillow case. It's comfortable just wish you didn't shrink it. I would tell people to order king size.

I picked up a hard mattress which sent me into a pillow rabbit hole.
Several purchases later and this it the one for me. It has a softness to it but is stiff very supportive and that support doesn't go away in the middle of the night. I'd say feel wise it's closest to extra thick down pillow that doesn't go flat. I've had the pillow for a bout a month, took a handful of stuffing out at the start and put it back in recently as the pillow broke in.
This is the best pillow I've ever slept on. I bought another one to keep at my parents house when I visit that I may take with me as a travel pillow because it's that good.

I've tried so many pillows and this is it. It's exactly what I've been looking for. It's soft enough for me to fall asleep but firm in the middle on the night. I'm so grateful for this pillow, the last 3 nights I've slept so well and woke up with no stiffness. My wife and I both use them for side sleeping, I'm 5'10 big shoulders and she's 5'1 petite. It's just a phenomenal pillow.
I'm a night and day different person with this type of sleep. I don't need a nap at 1:00 anymore, I can handle my kids frustrations and work. I cook and do more around the house. I love this pillow

I didn't like the pillows that came with my Tempur-pedic Hybrid mattress and was looking for something softer. These Tempur-Adapt ProAdjust Pillows are great. You can remove any amount of filling to make them fit your needs. They are very soft and I have been able to sleep much better using them. The only problem I find is that they are slightly larger than regular pillows and barely fit in the pillow covers. Guess I need bigger covers for my pillows.

It won't stay fluffed, hard as a rock and I am unable to get a restful sleep… my neck is killing me.. tried to use it by sleeping on my back (as it is what it's used for) it goes flat and causes your neck to really hurt..

So, me and my wife went around every shop and tried almost every pillow . You know this feeling when its kinda Ok, but you know you still have to get used to it . Well thats what most of the products we checked were.
Tepmpur pillows , completely different level. When you close you eyes , you feel like you are a newborn again resting on your mother hands , flying in the sky and all that.

I have been searching for the perfect pillow for quite some time now. I don't know why I didn't go for Tempur Pedic from the get go, seeing I own a Tempur Pedic mattress that I absolutely love! This is the perfect pillow and I can't see why anyone would say any different. My review is for the Tempur Adapt ProAdjust medium firm queen size. The filling is memory foam bits and they keep their shape throughout the night! Other pillows with the same filling would compress and not regain shape whatsoever, even after fluffing it up. By morning my pillow felt like a rock. Extremely disappointing, and painful I might add. Not the case at all with this Tempur Adapt ProAdjust pillow! I have been using it for a few short weeks now and this will be the only pillow I'll use from now on. It does not get hot either. It is a cooling pillow and I think most people get confused on what that means. That means your pillow won't heat up and make you hot throughout the night. Not to be confused with " it has fans inside it that blow cold air on you" cooling. That's not the kind of cooling we are talking about when you reference pillows haha I fully recommend anyone that's struggling to find the right pillow to try this. I get that the price point might be a deterrent for some, but this pillow comes with a 5 year warranty. How much money will you spend in 5 years on pillows that are never what you're looking for? Just as much, if not more, all the while not getting the sleep you crave and should experience.

I received this Tempur-Adapt ProAdjust pillow for free in exchange for my honest review. No need to flip the pillow over to get the cold side anymore, this pillow actually feels cool to the touch! I actually prefer this pillow over my other memory foam Tempur-Pedic pillow because it is lots of shredded foam pieces that adapt to your body instead of 1 big piece of memory foam. I also love that it comes with a removable cover. A bit pricey but is in line with all of their other products which I have purchased in the past.

I really love my Tempurpedic products! I have a Tempurpedic mattress and frame and now a Tempur-Adapt ProAdjust Queen Pillow. This pillow is amazing, it's nice and thick but conforms to my neck and head without it laying funny. It's like sleeping in a cloud. It's nice and cooling, just like my mattress and has been helping me sleep easily every night I would definitely love to get another queen pillow for my bed or a king or even body Tempurpedic pillow. I can't get enough of how well rested I feel in the mornings now and how comfortable I am just laying in my bed. I will forever love my Tempurpedic products!

I can't overstate how much I rely on my cervical pillow for a good night's sleep. It's a must-have for me, and I even bring it along when I travel. However, the Tempur-Adapt ProAdjust Pillow holds its own against my trusty cervical pillow. Its comfort level is unparalleled, so much so that I am considering purchasing several for both my own bedroom and the guest bedroom. What impresses me most is that the pillow maintains its ideal height no matter how long it's used. Each time I rest my head on it, the pillow feels as if it's brand new. They are working really well. They are very comfortable even Iam a side sleeper. Iam have been sleeping for 3 weeks, but it still firm and comfort as I did the first night. It is very supportive, it help me to stop my headaches and painful neck. Highly recommend

I'm typically a back sleeper because of a bad shoulder, but this pillow provides amazing support throughout my head, neck, and shoulders. It allows me to sleep on my side without waking up in pain. It's also extremely comfortable and forms back to its original shape after a night of sleep. I like that it has a breathable and removable cover for easy cleaning. I also appreciate having access to the inside, allowing you to remove material as needed, making this pillow as thick or thin as needed. Overall, it has really helped the pain in my shoulders and has helped get a better nights sleep.

I received this item from Tempur Pedic for free for my honest review. Let me tell you. If you haven't been sleeping better and don't know why this is the pillow to try. I have been waking up sore and uncomfortable as of late due to some illnesses keeping me up at night. While still dealing with some sleepless nights I started using the Adapt ProAjust pillow. The pillow cover is soft and machine washable. The inside is filled with this cushion soft material that is removable and replaceable to help you get the height you need. I personally was in dream land with the full material inside and no longer waking up with neck and shoulder pain. The pillow has weight to it and is firm to support your head but gentle enough to adapt to your movements. I am a side sleeper 95% of the time. I have already referred this pillow to my fellow aging friends who need some support for a good nights sleep with energy in the morning. Great buy and will upgrade more pillows soon.

I've only used this pillow for a short time so far, but it's one of the best pillows I've had. It has the perfect amount of cushion and support and it stays relatively cool at night. It's nice that I can choose one side of the pillow or the other depending on what kind of comfort I want. Before using the pillow, I was having headaches and neck pain when waking up in the morning, and now because of the contour and support, those have been reduced. I received this pillow for free from BzzAgent in exchange for testing it out and witing a review, but I would absolutely buy another one and recommend it to others.

I've used this pillow for a week or so now and my neck pain has gone down noticeably when I wake up. I've had some memory foam pillows and they are usually higher and I don't feel as rested as when I've used this. I thought it was going to be the same as other memory foam pillows because of the height but it's quite soft and adjusted to where my neck is comfortable but not flattened

Okay so I used this pillow for a week to give it a good test, first night I used with a pillow case and couldn't feel the cool side through it. So after that I used no pillow case since the top layer is removable/washable. It was very cool on my face when laying on it. The second layer you can either remove some material or adjust it around etc. The material inside is very soft. All in all the pillow was okay, it does go semi-flat wherever you lay your head at after a few hours but does fluff back up when not in use, perfect if you dont take hours to fall asleep like myself. I think I prefer mine to be a bit more firm, but my husband used it 1 night, he likes to use a 2nd pillow under his chest to kind of sideways roll on and he absolutely loved it compared to his flat no life pillow he had for years lol so guess who will be taking over it now, if it makes him sleep better then I'd recommend 100%, but for a regular pillow under head not so much.

I love this TEMPUR-Adapt ProAdjust Pillow because it offers adjustable support. I can customize the height of the pillow a little bit lower, so that it contours to the shape of my neck and head. The pillow provides me comfort all night long no matter if I sleep on the side or on the back. I highly recommend it to you if you are looking for an adjustable pillow.

I received a free sample of the TEMPUR-Adapt® ProAdjust Pillow, in Queen size through the BzzAgent sampling program.
The pillow has a mild cooling effect and very comfortable overall. Personally, I prefer my pillow a bit on the firm side and wish it was just a bit firmer. These are soft and very comfortable and ideal for anyone who isn't into firm pillows. I like that the cover is easily removable and washable as well. Overall, pleased with the comfort the pillow brings.

I've had so much trouble finding the right pillow. My neck hurts all the time and I'm a side sleeper.
This pillow is perfectly firm and soft at the same time. It is adjustable so I can move it where I need more support and don't have to worry about it shifting while I sleep. I haven't slept this good in years.
